Aux input waiting...

Aux input waiting... - 18/10/2001 10:26

MkII 2.0b3

When i use AUX input to play my playstation (aux naming, very cool feature by the way) I get the following in line mode:

PSOne: Waiting... 0:53

I named the track for AUX input PSOne with emplode. Works... sweet. But what's with the waiting thing? It never goes away no matter how long it "waits". That and the time code detection thing just sits at a seemingly random time and never changes. Could we possibly have the option to turn the "Aux-In detects track transitions, and guesses at track numbers and timecode" function off if we don't use another head unit to input to AUX??

Why don't you just set it to Info:off for the aux input?

Seems like that would be the equivalient of the option you're asking for.

Cause i want it to say that it's on the Playstation =]. That's the whole cool part about being able to name the AUX input.
