track uploads but disappears-related to IDV3 data

ok i have reproduced this 20 times, on 3 different computers

Pink Floyd, Wish You Were Here, Track 1
Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts I-V)

When i upload it, it goes through all the motions, and then when sync is done, the track is nowhere to be found. After doing this over and over followed by much head scratching, i tried shortening the name in the IDV3 tag (to Shine On You Crazy Diamond I). Then it worked!

so a) there seems to be a bug and b) there seems to be a workaround by erasing the IDV3 data

i encourage you to try it yourself with your own copy of the cd and the ID tag pulled from CDDB

Is this with v2.0b3, or an earlier version of the software? I ask because there was a version of v1.0x that had a problem suspiciously similar to this.

i can put the mp3 file up somewhere for downloading and testing if you think it would help

Possibly. The CDDB ID would probably do for now, though.
