Scrolling "short" long titles on player

Can something be done about the scrolling of items that are "slightly" long? I mean items that are too long by as little as 1 character. When scrolling such a small item, it looks like it's ping-ponging back and forth too much/too fast.

I'm not sure what can/should be done, but a slower and smooth scroll back/forth in this scenario would be better for these instances.

If I recall correctly, this is already fixed in later builds. I know it behaves well on A6. I remember it used to be pretty bad. But I don't remember whether it was bad in B3 or if it was one of the earlier betas.
