2.0b11 - No Sound from Player

I'll try to be as clear on this as possible, since I don't know how to reproduce the bug. But, it's happened to me twice now in the last week.

If the player was last in a pause mode when it shutdown (while in car), when I bring it back up, and push the top button to restart the music, the player continues playing but no music comes from the stereo. The progress bar moves, the time moves forward, etc. If I push the pause button, a loud burst of the music (like 1/2 second) comes through the stereo. This happens again and again when I push the pause button. After about 5 or 6 times (it's variable), the music will start playing fine again.

I'm also running Hijack v.253

Known bug, it's on the internal bug list. Put it there myself. I think the DSP mute is opposite-toggled for some strange reason.

Not fixed yet, as far as I know.

Work around: Set your standby timeout to a very short time so that the player fully shuts down quickly after you turn off the ignition. Then the next time you start the car, the player will fully boot instead of waking up from standby mode.

Didn't know the trick about pounding on the pause button, I'll add that to the bug report now, thanks.

I know this is an old bug but I thought I would bring it up again, I have just begun to see this bug exactly as described above. Just wondered if there was any progress on it?

Last I saw, the bug in the database had been marked as "they couldn't reproduce the problem". I have asked to have it re-opened, but not had any response on the topic.

I was once upon a time able to reproduce it over and over, but something changed (not sure what) and now I can't reproduce it any more.
