I think so, but you would only get 64MB total memory...

The board has 4 banks of 16MB each, and the banks can be enabled/disabled independently. So, in theory, of you already had for example 32MB, you would turn off the first two banks. The other two would bring it up to 64MB. This is what you do with a MK2A anyway, as it already has one bank fitted.
