I believe that the cables were custom made. You could possibly a laptop IDE cable, but you might have issues finding one with both master and slave connectors and the right length.

Car support is in the process of migrating from David in the UK to Rob Schofield (in The Netherlands IIRC). Rob has posted that we should expect a small delay while he gets himself sorted.
