Maryland Metrics apparantly don't sell black oxide 2.5x10, only plain steel.
Ditto for MSC Industrial Supply.
Fastenal's only metric hex screws are in expensive kits with a minimum size of M4. Didn't even bother to check finish.
Digikey don't sell any metric black oxide.
