If the sled in the Nissan isn't a standard-sized you should get a mounting-kit for standard-head units at a Nissan-dealer. I had to do it with my Peugeot's sled, too.

If he has an ISO-connector he'll be fine. If he has some other connector he should get an adapter to ISO at a good car-audio-store. Maybe some other can give you the link - it has been posted in the BBS for several times already, but I don't know it right now.
