For Christmas this year, I bought my little sister a Rio S10. Before Christmas rolled in, I opened the box so I could flash the firmware and upload some songs to it. It had some weird sort of thing going on. It would reboot itself any time you pressed any button. Including "play". This, needless to say, is a PITA. So, since Christmas is rolling in in 2 weeks, I decide to give her a broken player and then I'd return it for her for replacement after Christmas. No big deal. At least she had something to open, even if she couldn't play with it. Jump forward 4 weeks. The new player arrives in New Orleans so I can test it out and ship it overnight to her in Pensacola. I play with it for 4 hours, listening to the same songs over and over just to make sure it works. All seems fine, I ship it. Two days later she gets on a plane for London, where she'll be spending the next 4 months. The first email I recieve from her mentions that the MP3 player isn't working again.

The question.

How should she handle getting a replacement? I mean, all this shipping it about is getting expensive to the point of I should have just bought a new one. Is there anywhere in London she can take it? Is there anyone she can call other than in the uzbeckistan support center?
