Anyone ever installed a Empeg into a Kia? Just wondering if there are any issues I should be made aware of..

I had a clarion deck installed and I think there may be an issue concerning which 12v line they tap into for power.. I belive I may be having some electrical problems becasue they tapped in to the 12v line running to the ECU (Which seems to be having problems recently)

Anyone else run into any similar issues?
