Yeah. It makes sense if your intent is to have an archive of a CD that'll let you recreate the CD exactly, but it's not as useful for playing directly. The best thing to do would probably be to reencode from your FLACs to something else, using the CUE sheet as reference. Surely there's something out there that will do that.
