Yes, I have one that I purchased from Overstock.com about 6 months ago.
I have updated the software (thanks to tfabris) and it communicates with both rio receivers (sonic blue and dell).
It also includes a linksys usb100tx so that it can communicate on ethernet. (tested and works as well)
I was just starting to load music on it, when I sold my house, and I do not need it where I am moving to.
