I've got a folder with shorcuts to everything on my computer that I back up regularly. Thunderbird mail archives, Quicken data, all my web sites, and other various personal files. The shortcuts basically take me to the parent folder of what I want to back up, and then I just drag what I want into Nero and burn away. No, it's not automatic, but it's good enough for me. Even if you did that once a month, you'd probably still have that folder
