Exactly. Switching keycaps would work for keys that only have one symbol, but not for multiple symbol keys (like all the numerical keys)

That's good news! I imagined it wasn't going to be terribly difficult, it's just that you have to know which screws to unscrew, where to push and where to pull etc. I really hope I can find a how-to somewhere. I really don't want to do this the trial and error way.
