All I know is, I used it for 10 minutes today and nearly everything I wanted was changed around.

Check for mail, was F5 (the classic "refresh" key), now is F9.

Account settings swapped ingoing and outgoing servers on the window (reminding me of when Win95b switched the Network control panel shortcut keys for Properties and Remove; ugh!).

And it took me minutes to find the "folder list" toggle so I could try to close the default Outlook.pst, which was, for NO reason, in the Documents and Settings subfolder "temp" which my users couldn't access as Power Users by default, so Outlook simply would not open (unlike previous versions which prompted for a new PST if the current one wouldn't open).

Just when you have it all figured out, they release a new version. And I was hoping Outlook 2k3 would fix some of my multi-page list of nagging gripes about Outlook 2000. It only introduced new ones....
