No delay that I can perceive from this one on my desktop here:



In addition to PS/2 mouse+KB, it also has a 4-port USB 1.1 hub, a printer port, and a serial port.

I don't need it, and it cost only CDN$5. I wonder what the postage to you would be.. ?
