Actually, if you fsck an empeg disk, it shows a high percentage of fragmentation; this is because the frag percentage is calculated on the number of files with at least 1 frag in them. As the empeg's disk is full of "huge" (compared to average fs's) files, it's very likely that many may have at at least 1 frag in them.

It's not an issue, and doesn't impact performance. Defragging isn't necessary.
