It's at their cottage, not primary home, so it wouldn't normally be that bad. But they're spending at least a month at a time there during the spring/summer.

I may come back to this if they ask me to find out whether or not they can get broadband up there. I have a feeling they can, but I'm not going to volunteer that information and end up making (unpaid) work for myself.
