They don't meet any of your requirements, really (aside from being wireless), but I've ordered a pair of Jaybird 200's. Mostly for the gym, though. I ordered the "universal MP3 adapter" for it, and I'm going to at least try attaching it to the home theater and seeing if the lag is acceptable.
