Are you in the US? Any big electronics shop, e.g. Fry's, should be able to recommend you an adapter based on that information. (It is the same for all Empegs.) The adapter also needs the connector to be center-positive, 2.1mm internal diameter, 5.5mm external diameter -- but that's a fairly standard setup, and the sorts of adapters that come with a little collection of interchangeable plugs would include one that's correct.
