I did successfull install the second HDD! Thanks for the FAQ documentation to your guys! (Tony, Dionysus, DMoore, Rob Kit and Mac)

The only thing I had to reinstall was the zImage.voladj.clock.irhack hack!

But after that everthing is working well!
