Ah, I just poked at it a bit, and in fact it does contain the ASCII data in visible form. I think what happened is that the JPEG album art looked like song data to my eye, so I scrolled past the tag too quickly when I was looking. It had the album art embedded first, then the USLT tag.
I almost asked if you
put the paper in upside down, again were looking in the correct part of the file.
But thanks for posting a link to bandcamp. Never heard about it, before, but now I do. I have some exploring to do.
