I'm considering a new laptop+tablet convertible to use as my onstage song chart tablet, but since new laptops always come with Windows 10, I'd need the "feature" linked above, and any similar popovers, do be disableable. I'm not a TV news station, but I would have a similar trainwreck problem if such a popup occurred atop a chord chart during a gig.

Anyone have tips on this?
