That should work, but only if everything else in the setup is also plugged into the same power bar gizmo. This would tie all of the grounds together at a single point (more or less), eliminating any (ground) loops.

Or a ground isolator per K447, but you'll still want to plug everything into a common power bar to get rid of other loops.
