Hmmm... time to go search Wish List, and post if it's not there...

This seems so obvious, but I'd love it if there was a voice note recorder in the empeg. All it would have to do is record the mic to a .wav. I've made heavy use of voice-note capabilities on phones and Wince devices, and since I have this really nice Andrea mic in the car....
