I think Audi uses the same Red in all of their cars.

I have a 2001 S4 and it matches PERFECTLY, not close, but perfect! It is the same color.

Huh? I have an 97 A4, and the dash lights are deep red. The Empeg does *not* match. My Empeg is far more orange than red when powered on. When not powered on it matches nicely though :)

Anywho... nobody makes a dash kit for the A\S4, A\S6, A\S8 so you have to make one if you put it in the dash.

Even more ??? My car had a standard DIN unit. Some of the newer/larger models have custom made units from Blaupunkt which are a bit wider than standard DIN. Audi does make conversion kits for those units, should you choose to get a proper head unit instead (=an Empeg).

Whats the point then? If you can't use the searching, the shuffling, the visuals, the equalizer, the coolness ... why not just grab a 100 CD Changer from Blaupunkt?
