thanks. i realized that it only happens when i turn my music up loud. is it possible that my factory amp can not just supply enough juice to the player on load? i messed with some of the settings like loudness and the equalizer and got it to play pretty loud without the cut off. so i've been driving around circles just to listen to my music=)
