The only people who ever specifically request it are people who come in and insist they can get cars we know aren't manufactured and tell me I'm lying because (fill in name of inaccurate car buying website here, usually edmunds, sometimes VW.com itself) says you can, and no amount of taking them through our order guides will convince them otherwise. We're all thrilled to bits over it, because in 75% of cases where people order cars without it, it comes in with it anyway, and fucks us out of about $75 of our comission.

But then again, this is a company that sent us a $40,000 car (that only an idjit would buy), and 3 weeks later, still no literature on it, or even a color chart. VW sucks like that.
