What do the synchronization errors mean?

Although I don't know if Roger's page covers the 0xC range of errors. I think his only covers the ones that start with 0xF.

It doesn't. The 0xC ones are simpler. Just take the last two hex digits and convert to decimal, then look them up in that table.

Cool. So 0x0d=13="Permission Denied".

Did you intend to update that page with this information? Or should I take all that off your hands and put it directly into the FAQ?
