It's good they are doing this one right and only selling it with the controller unlike many other games that use a special controller (samba de amigo, HOTD 3, Virtual on)

Maybe I am a little biased because I work for the comapny that made Steel Battalion, but it is a really great game! We have been playing it for months now here at the office. Out of curiousity, where did you buy it at?

I'd like to personally thank you then for being part of something that has cost me $400 (XBox and the game). Ever since I played with the prototype at E3, I knew I had to have it. The realism in the game is amazing, and the controller just adds to it.

I'm still trying to destroy the battleship in mission 4. Every time, I have had one supply chopper get blown to pieces by the boats patrolling the waters. Bad timing on my part.

One thing for the sequel, make the pilots voice a little less whiney

It's still not as large as the regular XBox controller

These actually look less like humanoid robots, and more like what a first gen mech would look like. The game even calls them Vertical tanks. So to me, it seems like it's going more after what they see some military working on down the road, and less like a completly made up mech ala Battletech.

Plus all the visual effects they apply to the game make it seem like you are staring out of a camera feed of a warzone. This game could easially be called "Janes Vertical Tank" game if such a mecha existed.
