Okay, no winners, but here's the answer.
Each dock I construct (with the exception of unit #003), has exactly 75 parts that I must deal with individually. The four rubber feet I am supplying count as a single part, since I leave them stuck together for you folks to install after painting.
The parts consist of:
5 pieces of MDF
1 piece hardboard
2 laminate skids
2 strips of double-sided tape for skids
4 case screws for the bottom
2 screws for the latches
2 screws for the docking connector
2 screws for the fan
8 wood biscuits
1 fan
1 docking connector
1 RJ45 coupler
1 pre-made RJ45 patch cable
1 resistor for slowing down the fan
4 pieces of wood to hold RJ45 in docking position
1 sticky pad of 4 rubber feet (counts as one item here)
10 lengths of wire
11 contact pins for docking connector
9 pieces for power jack, and L/R audio (3 jacks, 3 washers, 3 nuts)
7 pieces for serial port (1 jack, 2 posts, 2 washers, 2 nuts)
=====
75 pieces
The attached photo shows all of the pieces, except for the 4 screws for the docking connector and fan, and the 4 pieces of wood for the RJ-45 are already glued into one piece.
Cheers
