i have searched all over the web, and cannot find a copy of pico or nano that will run on the arm. i did find an uncompiled version of nano, but since i have no linux box, and the empeg has no compiler on it, does anyone have a compiled tarball of pico or nano stuff? or can anyone compile it and post it for those of us who don't like vi? or am i the only loser that uses pico:)?

Here's a vi cheat sheet for those not familiar with it.

On that subject though.. The vi that's in the debian distribution is broken - it's the same as the vi which was originally shipping w/ empeg, and the lines tend to disappear upon using it.. At one point, empeg was sending a vi in the developer version which was actually fixed; any chance of getting this back?
