Yeah, the laser detection basically just tells you "hey dumbass, you're about to get a ticket!" But the radar detection on the V1 is amazingly great. I had 2 $340 tickets in the last year, one was because the cop paced me at 100mph and the other was getting lasered in traffic at 99mph (neither time did I have the V1 volume turned up, oops) I've since slowed my driving down considerably.
My amps and (custom built) sub box was stolen about 3 months ago, they just poped my trunk somehow and nicely unplugged everthing and took it. Probably convienient for them that the amps were attached to the box. So, I've been driving around humming to myself for quite a while since I'm a bit strapped for cash at the moment. (i.e. broke as a joke) The plan is to build a very stealth fiberglass box for the trunk and bolt it to the car. I'd also like to find some kind of super loud and very simple motion detecting alarm that I can put in the car and trunk.
So, anyone wanna buy this thing or what?
