The screen is extremely fuzzy and Its very dim, I had written it off as a blown fuse, BUT when the screen looks fine in my car, the screen doesnt get fuzzy UNTIL i turn my engine on.
I attached a picture of the empeg before the engine is started and after as well.

The photo may be larger (bytes) than the maximum the board can handle. Please shrink the file and reupload, or provide another link.

Do you still see the distortion under AC power? If not, I would suspect your dimmer settings or the "cap fix" that is associated with it. Otherwise, I would suspect wiring on the ignition sense line or it still could be a blown fuse (but I am not sure if there is a fuse that would only show symptoms under these conditions...).
