ADS Technologies (http://www.adstech.com) do a PCMCIA (card bus) to 2 port USB card for around $70. There's probably a few other companies offering similar products.

Thanks - I've just had a look and learnt something - they do a Cardbus (32-bit) type 2 USB adaptor, and I need a PCMCIA (16-bit) type 1.

I have a feeling since Cardbus is derived from PCI (?) that what I am asking is going to turn out not to be possible; additionally, the physical aperture size I have available (type 1) probably won't be suitable having just looked at their card images - other manufacturers are likely to be similar.

I can't bung in a PCI card (it's a DEC Multia slimline workstation with only one PCI slot, currently occupied by the disk controller) and there would be just about zero space in the case even if the slot was free.

Any other suggestions, anyone?
