Hello. I'm a student at the University of Southern Maine, and I'm doing a group project on 'how a product is globalized.' My group is trying to find out some basic info about a product's marketing, distribution (national & international), suppliers & manufacturing, and IP ownership, to illustrate how a product begins as an idea & then becomes part of the global market.
A friend suggested this site to me, as there are users on it who develop, manufacture & sell software &/or hardware internationally. I just found out that my project is due March 16th, so I'm trying to find a product ASAP, & someone willing to talk to me who knows a lot about the product (who supplies parts, who manufactures it, how it's marketed & where, etc.) Any ideas/suggestions?
