Last time I was in the car, I had the tuner muted when I took it out of the dash. When I put it in this morning, it was (correctly) still muted, but when I unmuted it, the Transient info popped up with the mute icon. Muting again made the mute icon disappear, and for the entire trip the mute icon showed the exact opposite of the actual state.

I've had similar symptoms but when playing MP3s. Mine sometimes seems to correct itself after a couple of pushes of Play/Pause though (so far that is).

I have had both these symptoms (tuner confused about play/pause, and mp3 player always paused on first time using) I think these may be slightly different bugs. It usually takes me 2 pushes of the source (or the play/pause)button to get from radio to mp3. I haven’t checked the play/pause status in the mp3 player to see if its confused as well.

Have you had the station name and station freq confused on the info line yet? freq was correct for what was playing, but the label was the last station listened to. changing stations fixed it - and i have not been able to recreate.

No, I haven't noticed this yet. Mind you I haven't really used the Tuner much yet. Having said that, I did briefly have the Tuner on on the way home from work 2nite and noticed that the timecode display in the bottom right of the screen was showing the elapsed time since selecting Tuner mode. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature.

Aren't these, in fact, one and the same?
