I know I said I was going to try and get the next "official" release out this weekend, but I was consumed by a strange desire to make a Java logo editor ...

To use it, you'll need a serial port comm package for java. If you have Windows, you can grab it from http://java.sun.com/products/javacomm . If you have any other OS, you can get RXTX from http://www.rxtx.org .

http://www.batmanthehorse.com/jemplode/jemplode20.jar is the latest and greatest JEmplode that has the logo editor (look under the "Tools" menu).

I first downloaded the Jar file and forget to thank M(ike ?)Schrag for the Logog Editor.

I tried to load a BMP file and cannot.
Tried with a Gif and I suppose PNG works.

Can you confirm us file formats accepted by the JLogo Editor if it missed to me...

Right now it imports GIF, JPG, and PNG. Mike Comb has written a BMP importer, but I haven't hooked it up yet.
