Got my Rio in the mail almost a week ago and i'm pretty hyped about it! Haven't used it much, YET as i am still working on the install. But really i think this is a great product. i did recieve a remote with a damaged button though, works, but the button stays depressed. Kinda annoying too.. i've called and emailed Sonic Blue. Question is who DO i contact... i understand it'll take a while to answer email's but the time waiting is gonna be wasted if i sent to wrong addy/department and i'm just trying not to procrastinate. i'm patient... and also i took the faceplate off and my blue screen is kinda bent... it came like that. Doesn't show though and it came with smudges so i took it off to clean. Just a little nick pick.
