A long time back, someone attached some code to do a conversion from two graphics to the .bin file needed for logo flashing on the player. Now that Hijack has /proc/empeg_bootlogo, I wanted to get my web generator done, and need that code. I've spent the past half hour searching the BBS for it with no luck. Based on my old news posts to the site, I think it appeared around mid to late October, 2000. Anyone else have this code, or a link to the post here about it?

Heh, it gets even worse, Tom. That thread is linked from this FAQ entry. That's how I found it. The FAQ entry is titled "What is the file format for the boot logo files?". You sir, have been FAQed.
