I'm really trying to be understanding here but I keep getting the feeling that I'm getting jacked around. Here's the email I received from this guy. This was the last communication I had with him and that was 3 weeks ago. He had no problems emailing me until he got my money and now, nothing.

So.. the bag is done? I send him money and now he's too busy to take 5 minutes out of his day to go to the post office? He's too busy to take 30 seconds out of his day to refund my money. Maybe he's distracted, I dunno. I want to be sympathetic to the situation but he really isn't giving me any reason to be.
