The following is an excerpt from the TNT online tracking.


27 Sep 2000 11:51 London Heathrow Consignment passed through transit point
27 Sep 2000 08:00 London Heathrow Truck involved in accident or delayed in a traffic jam
25 Sep 2000 23:47 Auckland Shipped from originating depot
22 Sep 2000 11:30 Auckland Unsendable - paperwork missing / incorrect

Heart in mouth time.
You'd thing they'd make a distinction between a traffic jam and trying to write off trucks. Then for the sanity of their customers, not broadcast it to the world. Bonus points for honesty tho.

damn that is kinda funny man dont mean to make it worse for you but to have a company have that as one of there outputs for there traccking form on the web.. damn funny and very honest.. but man what a way to make the customer feel good about service lol

The trafficjam part might be because they coust it with there accident
