Yep that old chestnut. Going to rip out my old 10Gb (going to use it as a portable drive) and replace it with the biggest and best 2.5" drive available.

Only one possibility then : the IBM travelstar 60gig. With two of those you can reach 120gig, the maximum storage possible for your Empeg (for now)

Nothing stops you from using desktop drives and bridge cables to achieve more. You just won't be able to put it back together, and I wouldn't take it on the road that way, either.

Right. It's just that with 2.5" drives that's not the "most space you can have"... it's just "the most space you can have with 2.5" drives".
