I also have Glass Etch Vinyl which looks just like etched glass when installed on glass. Price would be $5 plus postage. Am also thinking about doing some others. Postage will be regular stamp for an envelope to whereever your location is unless you want Priority Mail which will be the same as the lenses then. The vinyls are 7year exterior except the Glass etch which is 5 year exterior. As far as the Original logo, I bought my Mark I used and it didn't come with one so I don't even know what they look like.
