It has a broken display. Other than that it is fully working and comes with all the original accessories in the original box. It is still usable, but the display shows wrong colors and sometimes is not very contrasted.

I am selling it for € 100 + shipping. I ship everywhere and I am located in Italy.

Reasons why I am selling rather than fixing:

- I was asked €200 and 30 working days to have it fixed by Sony-Ericsson Italia official tech assistance.
- My new car has a built-in mobile phone interface but no adapter for P800 is available at the moment.
- I am getting a Dell Axim for work, so I will have a handheld computer anyway.

All this made me prefer pure and simple Nokia 6310i, which is I believe the best you can get if you are not interested in all the latest generation features (camera, mms, plyphonic ringtones, super-colored covers etc. etc.) and do not need a "smart phone".

So, if you're interested, drop me a PM. I accept paypal.

Is it locked to a provider?

I am going to call a place tomorrow to see if they can change the screen and at what cost. I am not 100% sure I want it, but it is tempting.

No, it is not.

I may be wrong, but I have never seen any provider-locked phone in the whole country (Italy, I mean), and they may very well be illegal.

All that phone companies do, sometimes, is to put their logo on mobile phones. But you can still use them with other providers. There's actually a different market for "branded" mobile phones, which people buy because they're less expensive (nobody likes the brand on them) and use with their provider, whatever it is.

Edit:
This P800 is not branded by any phone company. It only hs the SOny-Ericcson logo/brand on it.
