Hi Nick, It originally came with the docking sled, installer CD, manual, serial cable, usb cable, remote, blue lens and the empeg itself. I think this is everything, but I can check in the box tonight for you. As well as the extra lenses I also have a black empeg branded carry case. Regards Phil

Sure. I was using it in my MINI and it matched perfectly. My '87 BMW 528i is a little more orangey though...

Hmm..... I'd be using it in a '95 323i which is probably about the same as your 528i. You wouldn't happen to have a photo, would you ? But to be fair, it's got to be a better match than blue :-)
