tahir pooh-bah Registered: 27/02/2004 Posts: 1901 Loc: London	How do I encode my mp2 audio files to ogg? Can't find a simple tutorial or anything out there. What I want is to batch encode a number of files; title1.mp2 etc to title1.ogg etc deleting the source file after completion, any ideas anyone?

Easy CD-DA Extractor There is a trial version, I'm not sure on the restrictions on it though. Good luck with your project.

Attack addict Registered: 01/03/2002 Posts: 598 Loc: Florida	I use Foobar2000 to convert from flac to ogg. Here is a good site with instructions and screenshots of how to set this up. When you download foobar2k make sure you download 0.8.3 special as it comes with all the extra plugins needed to play different files types.

Thanks, I've downloaded it but I can't say I've been able to make any sense of FooBar (well not the re-coding bit anyway)

Like it a lot, only thing is it's running really slow on my system, 0.84xReal Time, this is on a Celeron 1.1Mhz with 512Mb RAM running nothing else.
