are there any good websites out there for Outlook 2003? there are a few things that I can't seem to figure out (like how to get the completed tasks to disappear-I never had a problem before, but for some reason now i do.)

All I know is, I used it for 10 minutes today and nearly everything I wanted was changed around.

Check for mail, was F5 (the classic "refresh" key), now is F9.

Account settings swapped ingoing and outgoing servers on the window (reminding me of when Win95b switched the Network control panel shortcut keys for Properties and Remove; ugh!).

And it took me minutes to find the "folder list" toggle so I could try to close the default Outlook.pst, which was, for NO reason, in the Documents and Settings subfolder "temp" which my users couldn't access as Power Users by default, so Outlook simply would not open (unlike previous versions which prompted for a new PST if the current one wouldn't open).

Just when you have it all figured out, they release a new version. And I was hoping Outlook 2k3 would fix some of my multi-page list of nagging gripes about Outlook 2000. It only introduced new ones....

Why would they bother changing that what a waste of time.

Maybe they reassigned F5 to something else. Outlook (2000) shortcut keys are tricky, likely because the program does so much.

When reading an e-mail, should Ctrl-F start a search or forward the message? Tough decision, but it forwards. Yet, while reading a task, Ctrl-F also forwards the task via e-mail (and I've had panics where I canceled the forwarding message and somehow deleted the task).

Instead, F4 searches (so close to the powerfull Alt-F4). Not F3, which launches an Outlook-wide Advanced Search. Then, the search dialog is not persistant; so when you click Find Next, the Search dialog goes away, requiring you to press F4 again.
