DWallach carpal tunnel Registered: 30/04/2000 Posts: 3810	The MPAA is at it again. They're peddling a "template" law to states across the country. Their text is now law in Michigan, among other places, and is in the committee process here in Texas. Ed Felten (my PhD advisor) has a page all about it. I have my own page focused on the Texas version of the law. I've already e-mailed my state representatives. You'd think the legislature could keep themselves busy regulating the dangerous practices of extreme ironing or bonsai kittens, but no...
