Aw man, the power connector is an ordinary mains lead. I wanted to see a really giant wall-wart with a six-inch-wide barrel connector.

Too right, I thought it would be cool to have a CF card glued into the bottom of each cartridge which could mate to a recepticle into the unit. You could then boot the unit with it. At least then it would mimic the original hardware. I suppose you could make the connection more secure by using a centronics connector to mate the two instead.

I think Cris would like the Mame arcade table, I know he was looking at doing something similar.

And the wall wart could do double duty as a fridge for the brews!
